What is FUNDAE?
A way to put part of your company’s existing contributions towards training.
FUNDAE is the State Foundation for Employment Training. It supports the system that enables companies to train their staff and recover part of the cost through credits against their Social Security contributions.
It is not a direct entry or a catalog of courses. It is an annual credit that must be converted into an appropriate training, communicate correctly and justify.
