Karmina AI Studio · Brand centre
A brand built to turn knowledge into action.
This guide brings together the story, visual system and editorial principles of Karmina AI Studio. It helps press, partners, collaborators and teams explain and represent the brand accurately.
01 · Definition
Artificial intelligence applied with knowledge, judgement and people.
Karmina AI Studio is not positioned as a tool catalogue or a software product. It is Karmina’s artificial intelligence studio: a structure that brings together business experience, proprietary knowledge, real processes and human accountability.
Karmina AI Studio is Karmina’s artificial intelligence studio. It was born within an independent agency with experience in strategy, creativity, communications, data and technology. The Studio helps organisations structure knowledge, redesign processes, train teams and build agents with defined sources, permissions, boundaries and human review. Its work is organised through three entry points: Agents, Services and Learning.
It is
- An AI studio born within Karmina.
- A combination of knowledge, processes, people and technology.
- A capability for experimenting, training, implementing and learning.
- A system with human oversight proportionate to risk.
It is not
- A single platform or software product.
- A tool marketplace or a partner badge.
- Automation without judgement, permissions or accountable owners.
- A promise to replace teams or human decisions.
Brand architecture
Karmina is the origin. AI Studio is the new capability.
The brand is best explained as an extension of what Karmina already knows how to do, not as a disconnected company. Ecosystem brands provide complementary specialisms while retaining their own identity and role.
Karmina↗
An independent agency connecting strategy, creativity, content, media, data and technology.
Karmina AI Studio↗
It structures knowledge, redesigns processes, trains teams and builds applied agents and systems.
Ecosystem
Criterio, Utopiq, Dunder Mifflin and Smart Team can contribute design, responsible AI, audiovisual or talent when the project requires it.
The technology is new. The judgement is not.
02 · Logos
One identity, four files ready to use.
Always use the original artwork. The full logo is the preferred version; the KAI mark is reserved for small spaces, avatars and favicons. KAI does not replace the name Karmina AI Studio in copy or headlines.
Do
- Keep the original proportions and composition.
- Leave clear space equal to at least the height of “STUDIO”.
- Use the full logo at 180 px wide or more; below that, consider the mark.
- Choose the version that provides the strongest contrast with the background.
Do not
- Stretch, compress, tilt or rearrange the logo.
- Change colours or add shadows, gradients or outlines.
- Separate “Karmina”, “AI” and “STUDIO” to rebuild the brand.
- Place it over photography without a clean area and sufficient contrast.
03 · Colour and typography
Warm, editorial and precise. Technological without looking generic.
The system combines paper and black foundations with Karmina burgundy and a contrasting lime. Dusty wine pink is used only as support in dark compositions. Colour creates hierarchy; it should not turn every piece into a chromatic explosion.

Typography
For headlines, statements and brand moments. Regular and Semibold weights, with tight leading and enough space for the forms to breathe.
For body copy, data, navigation, labels and interfaces. Clear, functional and understated.
Composition
- 01
Editorial grids, clear alignments and generous white space.
- 02
Thin rules, small numbering and uppercase labels to organise information.
- 03
Circles, orbits and journeys to express connection and learning.
- 04
Data belongs within the narrative, not as giant figures without context.
04 · Voice
Clear, expert and human. Ambitious, without hype.
Karmina AI Studio’s voice explains what is happening, why it matters, who owns the decision and what the boundaries are. It favours concrete verbs and examples over grand claims. When evidence is missing, it says so.
Clear
One main idea per paragraph. Technical language only when it adds precision.
Concrete
Processes, sources, permissions, deliverables and owners before adjectives.
Honest
Separate data, inference, objectives, pilots and verified results.
Human
Technology expands capacity; people understand context and decide.
“An agent with a defined mission, sources and boundaries.”
“Revolutionary AI that does everything.”
“We begin with a bounded, reviewable pilot.”
“Total transformation from day one.”
“Human review is part of the system.”
“100% autonomous automation.”
“This is a proposal; the data still needs validation.”
“Guaranteed results.”
Writing rules
- Always write Karmina, never Carmina.
- First mention: “Karmina AI Studio”. Afterwards, “the AI Studio” or “the Studio” may be used.
- Do not use KAI as the company name; it is a graphic device.
- Refer to brands, companies, teams or organisations; avoid generic second-person copy.
- Keep proper names such as Agents, Services, Learning, Knowledge, GEO and Human Gates.
- Do not imply a partnership or certification because a tool logo appears.

05 · Photography
People doing real work, not a prefabricated metaphor for AI.
Photography should provide context and trust: teams, sessions, spaces, processes and real gestures. Technology may appear when it is part of the situation, but it should not obscure people or turn the brand into an endless sequence of screens.

Look for
- Natural light or a warm, restrained treatment.
- Documentary framing and moments of focus or collaboration.
- Real spaces in Barcelona, Madrid or hybrid sessions.
- Diversity of ages, roles, disciplines and ways of participating.
- Process details: notes, prototypes, conversations, tools and materials.
Avoid
- Humanoid robots, glowing brains and generic digital hands.
- Blue or purple neon as an automatic code for “technology”.
- Rigid corporate posing or exaggerated enthusiasm.
- Unrelated stock photography used only to fill space.
- AI alterations that could mislead people about individuals, places or events.
