We measure and compensate our footprint with Tree-Nation.
We count the CO2 of travel, audiovisual productions, events, servers and energy consumption. Then we compensate it through certified and traceable reforestation projects.

And here we tell you what it means. How we care for people, how we measure impact, what commitments we make and why responsibility is part of every decision we make.
A way to be a company
For us, growing well means creating value without separating the business from the people, the community and the environment. It means putting resources behind commitments, measuring what we do, and accepting that there is always room for improvement.
This way of working goes through Karmina and also Karmina AI Studio. It guides us when we choose suppliers, take care of the team, collaborate with social entities or decide how to use a technology that can have real consequences.

Certification with external control
B Corp is not a logo that we attribute to ourselves. It is a certification that examines the impact of the company and requires us to document how we act in governance, people, community, environment and relationship with customers.
We undergo evaluation, external verification and audits. Claims must be supported by data and evidence; if there is a deviation, it must be identified and corrected. The certification does not say that we are perfect: it accredits a system of control, transparency and continuous improvement.
This commitment must be maintained over time. That’s why we review practices, update objectives and show again that what we explain has a real basis.
Facts, not just intentions
Being a purposeful company means booking resources, measuring impact and being able to explain what we do when no one demands it.
We count the CO2 of travel, audiovisual productions, events, servers and energy consumption. Then we compensate it through certified and traceable reforestation projects.
Know the project ↗This commitment has supported initiatives with the Arrels Foundation, Friends of the Elderly, the Josep Carreras Foundation and Delivery4Heroes. Social responsibility is part of the budget, not dependent on a specific campaign.
See the commitment B Corp ↗Take concrete commitments: transparency with customers, respect for copyright, protection of knowledge and human verification before converting a proposal into a decision or a final piece.
Read the Manifesto AI ↗European Responsibility
We are a company committed to Europe and a more autonomous digital ecosystem, competitive and aligned with the rights we defend. The technology we choose determines where data travels, what companies we grow, and how much we can decide about our own infrastructure.
This is why we promote Made4Europe. It is not a call to shut down or replace all the tools from one day to the next. It is a gradual and pragmatic commitment: to consider European alternatives when they are viable and competitive, to share resources and to reduce dependencies that can limit the ability to decide tomorrow.
Culture of work
At Karmina, putting people in the center is not a catchphrase. It is concrete in time, conditions, conversation, spaces and opportunities to continue learning.

Each year there are training budget and mentoring spaces, feedback constructive and shared learning. Learning isn’t an extraordinary activity: it’s part of the job.
We organize the work so that professional and personal responsibilities can coexist, even when circumstances change.
The hybrid model allows you to work remotely and use face-to-face when it brings more value to the team or project.
During the months of July and August we work 35 weekly hours to protect the rest time in summer.
Not everyone has the same needs or needs. We set aside time to organize the day with responsibility and coordination.
We complement working conditions with an internal benefit program designed for people’s daily lives.
We reserve a formal individual conversation to review objectives, role, well-being, development and the support that each person needs.
We create spaces outside the routine to get to know each other better, strengthen links and care for a culture that is not built only with meetings.
The teams have an internal budget to test tools that help them work better and turn learning into common criteria.
We have a shared framework to guide the relationship with people, customers, data, creativity and technology.
Our open spaces facilitate the proximity between disciplines, spontaneous conversation and truly transversal work.
Sharing is also responsibility.
Part of our impact is to make accessible what we learn: criteria that teams can apply, discuss and improve without always starting from scratch.
Criteria of language, representation and good practices to communicate with respect and rigor.

Open the resource ↗How we take responsibility
It is not the first thing we explain, but an essential part of what we do: defining those responsible, documenting decisions, testing before scaling and measuring whether an initiative provides real value.
We define which process needs to be improved and for whom before proposing technology.
We document what the system can consult, with what authorization and for how long.
We explain the points where a person validates, corrects, stops or assumes the decision.
Let’s start with a narrow case, acceptance criteria and enough evidence to decide whether to grow.
We observe quality, time, errors, adoption and maintenance; not just volume, speed or novelty.
