Always-On Social AI
This page presents a system to listen, produce, review and learn continuously on social channels.
Content proposal: Karmina Always-On Social AI
Status of the document
Text and editorial architecture prior to design and development. This document defines a new landing page within the section Services from Karmina AI Studio. Presents Karmina Always-On Social AI, a continuous social media management offering built with artificial intelligence, several specialized agents and the Karmina human team.
It is not the programmed or designed landing page. Names, internal links and final commercial reach must be validated before publishing.
1. Name and guiding concept
Name chosen
Karmina Always-On Social AI
Descriptor in Catalan Always-on social media management with AI, specialized agents and human team.
International Descriptor Always-on social media. AI-powered. Human-led.
Phrase of position The AI keeps the system moving. People are moving the brand forward.
What the name means
Always - On It explains continuity. Networks are not an implementation that is activated once, but a system that listens, produces, responds, measures and learns every month.
Social It places the service where the relationship between brand, content, community, culture and results occurs. It is not limited to publishing: it incorporates strategy, listening, production, community care, reporting and performance.
AI artificial intelligence is neither an invisible complement nor a promise for the future. It is part of the operation through specialized agents, automation, analysis, knowledge recovery, content adaptation and review processes. But it does not mean total autonomy: the AI accelerates and connects; people lead, create and take responsibility.
Karmina provides the most difficult differential to replicate: the real experience of an agency that knows the strategy, creativity, schedules, shootings, communities, campaigns and customer needs.
Brand Verbal Formula
Karmina Always-On Social AI
*Always-on social media. AI-powered. Human-led.*
2. Positioning decision
We do not sell an automated community manager. We put the AI at the service of smarter network management.
The landing page does not have to promise that a brand will be able to activate an agent, let it publish and disappear. Technically many actions can be automated, and in certain channels and contexts it can make sense to deliver a system for the customer's team to self-manage. But a relevant social presence is not a chain of tasks that is configured once and is resolved forever.
Platforms change, conversation changes, goals evolve, new campaigns appear, audiences react and brand knowledge grows. That is why the main proposal is a monthly service: an operation in which several agents assume the recurring work and the human team provides strategy, editorial criteria, creativity, real production, cultural sensitivity and responsibility.
Add AI the name does not turn the service into a promise of total autonomy. It makes visible the infrastructure that keeps the system active: agents that listen, recover knowledge, prepare, adapt, check, measure and detect. The promise is not “publish without people.” The promise is make people spend less time repeating, collecting and checking, and more time understanding, creating and deciding.

Microcopy of CTA You don't have to go with the defined agent. We will start with your channels, your team and the process that already exists.
2. We are Karmina. And before we built agents, we already managed brands.
The technology is new. The communication criterion does not.
Karmina is a digital and social media marketing agency born on 2015. We work on communication as a system in which strategy, creativity and measurable results must advance together. We manage recurring and timely projects for brands, companies and institutions, and connect social media with branding, design, paid media, audiovisual production, consulting, communication and real experiences.
Karmina AI Studio is a new layer of this tour. It is not born from applying artificial intelligence to a process that we do not know, but from having lived calendars, reports, shootings, campaigns, communities, platform changes, approvals, crises and business objectives. To this knowledge, we add the specialization of Utopiq in artificial intelligence, ethics, governance and sustainability.
This allows us to do something difficult to separate: build agents with communication criteria and manage communication understanding what an agent can really contribute. The result is not a technology disconnected from the agency, but a hybrid team capable of combining people, purpose & performance with knowledge, automation and continuous learning.

3. The problem is not publishing. It’s a presence that makes sense.
An active network is not necessarily a living brand.
Many organizations manage to open channels, define a calendar and start publishing. The difficulty comes later: maintaining a coherent voice, reacting to context, revamping formats, interpreting data, coordinating organic and paid, responding to the community, and turning everything learned into better decisions.
When this continuity depends only on memory, scattered documents and manual revisions, the system becomes fragile. Each month the information is re-searched, each person applies slightly different criteria and the reports explain what has happened without changing sufficiently what will happen next. When, at the other extreme, it is automated too quickly, the brand can publish more but sound more generic, repeat errors or lose responsiveness.
Karmina Always-On Social AI converts this sequence of tasks into a connected cycle. What we hear guides the strategy. Strategy dictates the schedule. The calendar activates human and assisted content. The community has given us some signals. Data and review transform these signals into learning. And this learning returns to the knowledge base so that the next month does not start from zero.
Featured message
Publishing is an action. To manage networks is to build continuity between listening, criteria, content, conversation and result.
4. Why a monthly fee makes sense on social media
An agent can be implanted once. A social presence must evolve.
We can build an agent, test it, document it, form the team and leave it ready for an organization to manage. This modality exists and can be a good option when the process is stable, the sources change little, the channels have a mainly textual load and there is an internal person who assumes discretion and supervision.
But on social media, change is the norm. They change formats, algorithms, platform policies, measurement tools, public behavior, and cultural context. It also changes the brand: products, campaigns, news, priorities, learning and new people who need to enter the process appear.
The monthly fee doesn’t pay just for a system to continue on. It pays an active capacity: reviewing sources, updating knowledge, observing performance, detecting opportunities, correcting deviations, preparing content, activating the human team when necessary and improving the way of working. Agents also need testing, tracking, and adjustments; a response that worked six months ago may stop matching with the channel or brand.
Continuity allows the system to learn with evidence. It’s not that the AI “learns alone,” but that the team’s corrections, approvals, data, and decisions become governed knowledge. Thus, the service does not repeat twelve times the same month: it builds twelve iterations of an increasingly fine-tuned operation.
Author Biography - Phrase of synthesis
The initial cost builds the base. The monthly fee keeps it alive, connects it to the real world and turns it into continuous improvement.
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE MATERIAL
Do you already have a brief? Send us.
It can be a finished document, a few notes or an email with context. We will read it before proposing a conversation or a first step.
5. He's not an agent. It is a team of agents with different responsibilities.
Each agent takes on a mission. No agent receives the entire mark.
Good social management is not solved with a single chat that investigates, writes, designs, publishes, responds, analyzes and evaluates itself. This model concentrates too much power, makes it more difficult to understand where each decision comes from and reduces the quality of the review.
Karmina Always-On Social AI activates a combination of specialized agents according to the channels, volume, goals and permissions of each brand. They share a knowledge base when it is useful, but maintain their own missions, sources, boundaries, and accountability.
Social Publisher
Consult approved sources, detect issues, prepare proposals and adapt the same idea to the language of each channel. It can generate variants, carousel structures, copies, threads, calls to action and versions for different audiences. Automatic publishing is only activated when context, permissions, and brand policy allow it.
Karmina Review Agent
Compare strategy, roadmap, calendar, parts, data and report drafts. It separates objective errors from editorial recommendations, detects deviations, and prepares prioritized changes before content reaches approval or a report is shared. It's a constant second look, not an automatic community manager.
Recommended link Meet the Karmina Review Agent → /ca/agents/review-agent-xarxes-socials
Social Listener
Collect and sort mentions, topics, questions, trends, and signals from authoritative sources. It helps differentiate noise, incidence, reputational risk, community need and editorial opportunity. It does not turn an automatic reading of feeling into a truth about people: it shows evidence and facilitates human interpretation.
Dashboard Builder
Connect recurring data and prepare a verifiable reading of the period. It reduces the time spent collecting, formatting, and checking, but works with an agreed-upon metric dictionary and points out discrepancies rather than resolving them by intuition.
Ads Monitor
Monitors investment, performance, anomalies and changes according to defined thresholds. It can trigger alerts and prepare recommendations for the specialist to decide. It does not modify budgets or campaigns without an express authorization and rules proportionate to the risk.
Brand Guard
Check for voice, terminology, affirmations, sensitivities, constraints, and coherence between channels. It doesn’t replace creative direction or legal judgment, but it helps prevent speed and volume from blurring identity.
Video Editor and Image Editor
They assist in transcription, fragment selection, subtitling, first mounts, adaptations, clippings, cleaning and formatting versions. They accelerate post-production and variation, while visual direction, storytelling, rights and final selection continue under the responsibility of individuals.
Inbox Flow and Support Desk
They order messages, detect intentions, retrieve approved responses and refer each case to the appropriate circuit. Claims, crises, sensitive data, commercial exceptions and any situation that needs real empathy come to a person.
Featured message
Agents share knowledge. The responsibilities are not diluted.
6. There are easier channels to self-manage. And it’s good to start here.
X, Bluesky and Threads can have much higher automation.
Channels where text, knowledge, and the ability to react to approved sources have more weight are good candidates for an agent-powered operation with less manual production. In X, Bluesky or Threads, a well-governed system can follow sources, propose topics, prepare threads or publications, adapt tone, avoid repetitions, link content of its own and maintain a consistent frequency.
In these cases, the initial value is to order what the brand can say, which sources are official, which topics you should avoid, how the language varies between channels and which publications need approval. Once the basis is solid, the client can opt for a shared management or, if it has internal criteria and the risk is low, for a self-management model after implementation.
Automating more does not mean publishing any trends. The system must distinguish between confirmed information, interpretation, opinion and opportunity. It must also know when a conversation is too sensitive, too new or too linked to the present day for the brand to enter it without a human decision.

7. Instagram can also be automated. But not everything that can be automated should be automated.
The automatic layer prepares. The human cape makes the mark real.
In a channel like Instagram, automation can take on an important part of the system: detect opportunities, recover knowledge, prepare briefs , build carousel structures, compose copies, generate variants, revise the calendar, adapt parts, create subtitles, collect statistics and compare results.
It can also help identify which topics need a visual piece, which community questions are repeated or which publications have moved away from the strategy. In educational, informational or knowledge carousels, this assistance can greatly reduce the time between an approved source and a first reviewable proposal.
But Instagram is also gesture, face, space, texture, product, rhythm, spontaneity and proves that something exists off-screen. When a brand needs confidence, culture or desire, a perfectly generated image can be less valuable than a well-thought-out real session. That is why we recommend combining agents with creative direction, design, photography, video, creators, UGC with clear rights and people capable of giving face and voice to the project.
Our proposal does not start from a war between human content and generated content. It starts with a more useful question: What does this piece need to be credible, relevant, and channel-specific?
8. The actual video is no extra. It is often the source of the entire system.
A session can feed weeks of content without turning the brand into a factory.
Karmina can incorporate actual video and photography sessions within the monthly service or as a production module. The team defines the concepts, prepares scripts and situations, directs the shooting and captures enough material so that agents and specialists can then transcribe, select, edit, subtitle and adapt.
Short pieces, interviews, answers to questions, product resources, stories, ads, carousels, fragments for Threads or X and internal content can come out of the same session to feed future proposals. The AI helps to multiply and order the material, but the origin remains a real person, space, product or experience.
When the channel asks, we can also work with content hosts, creators, influencers or content generated by the community. In these cases, selection, rights, consent and consistency with the brand are part of the service; a mention or a message does not automatically become commercial permission.

BEFORE YOU CLOSE ABAST
You do not need to arrive with a defined solution.
We can review the challenge, starting point and priorities in a free video call. Putting order before writing the scope usually saves time and budget.
9. Social listening: listening before deciding what to say
Radar does not accumulate noise. It filters signals that can change a decision.
Social listening is not just about counting mentions. It consists of understanding what questions appear, what issues grow, how a category moves, what words the community uses, where a risk may be forming and what opportunity really fits the brand.
The Social Listener combines authoritative source tracking, brand criteria, and operational classification. It can separate an incident that needs response, a conversation that needs to be observed, an opportunity for the calendar, a insight for a campaign and an issue that needs to scale to communication or reputation.
The monthly radar applies a dip. It starts from a broad volume of platform changes, trends and conversations; filters them by channels, strategy, audiences, moment and resources; and delivers only the opportunities that deserve a decision. Each proposal explains what has changed, why it is relevant, how it could be applied and whether we recommend acting, trying, preparing or observing.
The agent speeds up the surveillance. The team decides what it means. This difference is essential because a fact, a joke, a criticism and a crisis cannot be treated with the same logic.
Featured message
We don’t listen to chase all the trends. We listen to know what they deserve to enter the strategy.
10. The strategy is not the initial document. It’s the standard you order every month.
If the agent does not know what to prioritize, it will only produce more noise.
Before defining a frequency or a calendar, we specify what social presence must achieve: build brand, explain a category, generate community, serve, attract opportunities, sustain a campaign, promote sales or combine various objectives without confusing them.
We define the role of each channel, the audiences, the publishing territories, the voice, the formats, the visual criteria, the calls to action and the metrics that can really inform a decision. We also document what the brand should not do, what issues need an official source and what actions require approval.
This strategy becomes an active source for agents and for the team. The Review Agent can contrast the calendar with the agreed territories. The Social Publisher can adapt an idea without losing the intention. The Social Listener can filter opportunities that fit with the moment. The Dashboard Builder can explain performance with the right goals, and not just with the available metrics.
The strategy is also evolving. When a hypothesis does not work, a new platform gains relevance or the business changes priority, we update the system and test again. Continuity is not repeating the plan: it is preserving the criterion while the plan improves.
11. Organic and paid content within the same system
Creativity building brand can also build performance.
Organic content and paid content should not live in calendars that are almost unspoken. Campaign data can reveal which hooks, stories, formats or proposals generate a real response; the organic can detect languages and pieces that deserve amplification; and the production can prepare variants thought from the beginning for the two logics.
Karmina connects social media with paid media, creativity, design and video. The Ads Monitor can detect changes, alerts and opportunities. The Dashboard Builder can integrate organic and campaign reading. performance specialists interpret the data, decide the action and adjust segmentation, investment and creativity within agreed limits.
This integration is especially important in an environment where platforms increasingly value creative relevance. It is not enough to set up a campaign well if the piece does not get attention, retention or a response consistent with the channel. That is why performance does not enter at the end to promote what already exists: it participates in the learning that defines what we will produce next.

12. Community is not a message queue
Responding well requires information, criteria and a clear exit to a person.
Agents can sort queries, detect emergencies, retrieve approved responses, prepare proposals, and refer each case to the right person or area. This reduces waiting time and helps maintain consistency between channels, especially when there is volume or repetitive questions.
But a community also expresses doubt, frustration, humor, trust, affection and conflict. Claims, exceptions, crises, personal data and business commitments need a person with real authority. Automation should not hide or turn a sensitive conversation into a quick but inadequate response.
Karmina Always-On Social AI defines what the system can solve, what it can only propose, and what it must scale immediately. It also records the questions that are repeated so that the community is not just a reactive task: it is a source of knowledge to improve content, services, products and experience.
In high-demand operations, this responsiveness may require swaths of coverage, crisis protocols, coordination with internal areas and dedicated teams. The service is tailored to the actual level of responsibility; it does not assume that all brands need the same structure.
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE MATERIAL
Do you already have a brief? Send us.
It can be a finished document, a few notes or an email with context. We will read it before proposing a conversation or a first step.
13. Two moments of review. Two different decisions.
What we learn from the month should not be mixed with what we decide to publish later.
The Karmina Review Agent introduces two recurring and independent revisions. The first comes with the end of the period and helps prepare the report. It contrasts data, reviews the evolution with respect to strategy and the roadmap, points out inconsistencies and prepares actionable conclusions. It doesn’t just describe metrics: it explains what needs to be maintained, corrected, tested, or stopped.
The second revision is done before the next schedule is approved. It checks the balance of topics, audiences, formats and channels; detects repetitions, gaps, technical incidents or text problems; and incorporates only radar opportunities that make sense for the brand.
Separating the two moments avoids a habitual confusion. The report looks at what has happened and how the plan evolves. The review of the calendar decides how this learning will modify the next job. Both pieces connect, but they are not the same deliverable or answer the same question.
Delivery 1 · Closure and Learning Executive reading, strategic evolution, proven incidents and recommendations for the report.
Delivery 2 · Calendar and activation Technical, editorial and strategic review, filtered radar and recommendations for the calendar.
14. A knowledge base that improves with the brand
Continuity doesn’t depend on remembering better. It depends on having a better source.
Karmina Always-On Social AI starts with a Knowledge Foundation: a governed base that can bring together strategy, public, territories, services, products, official sources, calendar, voice, vocabulary, constraints, approved examples, frequently asked questions, metrics, and review circuits.
It's not a folder where everything is dumped. Each source needs a version, a responsible person, a purpose and some permissions. Agents consult only the knowledge necessary for their mission. Social Publisher does not need the same accesses as Ads Monitor, and Social Listener should not be able to publish in order to detect an opportunity.
Each monthly cycle can bring improvements to the base: a voice correction, a new community objection, a format that has worked, a promise that needs more precision, a product update or a source that has ceased to be valid. The team validates these changes before they become a new rule.
This allows agents to share context without copying independent instructions to many tools. It also makes it possible to incorporate new people, channels or agents without re-explaining the brand from scratch.

15. Methodology Always-On Social AI
Listen, decide, create, activate, measure and learn.
The methodology turns social management into a visible cycle. Each stage has a result, responsible people and agents who can assist her.
01. Listen
We observe conversation, questions, platform changes, competitors, recent performance and business context. The goal is not to accumulate information, but to identify signals that can affect strategy or schedule.
02. Deciding
We prioritize objectives, topics, audiences, channels and formats. We define what must be proven, what must be maintained and what does not deserve resources. Radar opportunities only enter the plane when they pass this filter.
03. Create
We combine assisted writing, design, carousels, real video, photography, content hosts, creators and adaptations. Each piece starts from an intention and a source; not from a generic order to fill the calendar.
04. Enable
We prepare, review, schedule and publish according to agreed permissions. Sensitive actions pass through Human Gates: points where a person must approve because responsibility, risk or context have changed.
05. Measure
We collect the data, check its consistency and read them in relation to the objectives. We differentiate between planned, published, reprogrammed, promoted or measured so that a difference between platforms does not automatically become an error.
06. Learn
We transform the result into government decisions and updates. The following calendar incorporates what we have learned, and the Knowledge Foundation retains only what the team has validated.
Featured message
The cycle does not end with publication. It ends when what happened improves the next decision.
16. Onboarding initial: build before speeding up
The monthly service begins with a foundation that can be understood, tested, and governed.
The initial cost covers the implementation necessary for the agents and the team to work with context. It is not a top administrative fee or a surface configuration. It is the construction of the starting system.
Diagnosis of the current process
We review channels, objectives, equipment, tools, calendar, sources, data, approval flows, incidents and friction points. We also identify which tasks are repetitive, which need criteria and which should not be automated.
Knowledge Foundation social
We order the information that defines the brand and its operations: strategy, public, territories, voice, products, services, sources, questions, restrictions, examples, metrics and responsible.
Agent Blueprint
We define the mission of each agent, entries, tools, permissions, results, limits, risks, Human Gates and test criteria. We don’t activate all agents to exist; we activate those that solve a real process.
Pilot with real cases
We provide the system with customer content, data and exceptions. We compare the result with the current way of working and measure time, quality, incidences and review effort.
Onboarding Team
We train people who will use, review and govern the system. The agent is not implemented if it is only understood by the person who has configured it.
Result of onboarding
A documented initial operation, with visible sources and managers, proven agents, provided permissions and a clear decision on what enters the monthly fee.
BEFORE YOU CLOSE ABAST
You do not need to arrive with a defined solution.
We can review the challenge, starting point and priorities in a free video call. Putting order before writing the scope usually saves time and budget.
17. What can include the monthly fee
A common base and a tailored service of the channel, the volume and the human level that the brand needs.
Not all brands need the same frequency, production or coverage. The fee is defined from actual operation and separates recurring service from licenses, variable consumption and extraordinary productions.
Agent-powered operation
Maintenance of sources and instructions, monitoring of agents, quality tests, incidents, platform updates, incorporation of corrections and flow adjustments. This layer prevents the system from freezing after implementation.
Strategy and Calendar
Monthly planning, prioritization of territories, definition of formats, coordination of campaigns, pre-publication review and adaptation of learning to the following calendar.
Content and Creativity
Copies, threads, carousels, graphic pieces, adaptations, briefs, scripts, subtitles and first montages. The volume and type of content are sized according to the channels and the agreed production capacity.
Social listening and radar
Follow-up of relevant conversations and changes, classification of opportunities and risks, and a filtered radar with specific applications for the brand.
Community and attention
Monitoring, classification of messages, assisted responses, referrals, protocols and human intervention according to coverage and level of responsibility.
Reporting and Review
Data collection and verification, executive reading, strategy review and roadmap, differentiated incidences, conclusions and recommendations for the report and for the calendar.
Performance
Campaign monitoring, alerts, organic and paid joint reading, development of creative variants and optimization by the specialist. The advertising investment is presented separately from the service fee.
Human production
Photography or video sessions, creative direction, advanced design, content hosts, creators, influencer marketing, UGC, coverage or special pieces. It can be incorporated as a recurring bag or budgeted according to the production plan.
18. Three ways to hire him
The degree of support may change. Criterion and limits are not.
Build & Onboard · Implementation and self-management
We build the system, test it, document it and form the customer’s equipment so that it can operate it. It makes more sense in stable processes, internal teams with monitoring capability and mainly textual channels like X, Bluesky or Threads. Further maintenance may be optional.
Co-managed Always-On Social AI · Shared Team
The client retains part of the creation, approval or publication and Karmina assumes strategy, agents, review, listening, reporting or certain formats. It is appropriate when there is internal knowledge and you want to expand capacity without outsourcing all the voice of the brand.
Full-Service Always-On Social AI · Comprehensive Service
Karmina coordinates strategy, calendar, agents, content, design, production, community, reporting and performance according to agreed scope. It is the recommended model for Instagram, TikTok and operatives where visual identity, video, community or speed of response have a high weight.
No mode implies open bar autonomy. Permits, approvals and escalation points are defined according to the brand, sector and impact of each action.
19. The human team does not enter when the agent fails. It’s part of the service from the beginning.
Strategy, creativity and responsibility have names and surnames.
Human review is not a last button before publishing. We design the intervention of people according to the type of action. A format adaptation, a public response, a claim, a budget change or a content on a sensitive issue do not need the same control.
Karmina specialists bring cultural context, creative intuition, business reading, channel experience, and decision-making ability. The agent shows the sources, detects anomalies, orders options and reduces mechanical work. The person can correct, ignore, scale, reverse, or stop.
This division also protects the authenticity. The networks are already full of correct but interchangeable content. A brand does not stand out because it produces more quickly, but because it recognizes what it can say, what it can show and what relationship it wants to build with people.
Technology increases the capacity of the team. It does not turn human judgment into an exception.

20. When Social Media Needs More than Social Media
The net is the place where you see the mark. It’s not always the place where the challenge is solved.
A low response may come from content, but also from unclear positioning, an inconsistent identity, a poor shopping experience, a hard-to-explain proposition, or a campaign disconnected from the moment of business. That is why Karmina Always-On Social AI can link with the other services of the agency.
Branding and design
When the brand needs a recognizable visual system, a clearer voice, new templates, art direction or an evolution of identity. Agents can apply the system, but first the system needs to exist.
Spots, campaigns and audiovisual production
When the content needs people, spaces, product, realization, photography, sound or a creative idea with campaign ambition. Actual production generates an asset that can then be adapted and amplified throughout the ecosystem.
Digital Marketing and performance
When the objective requires capture, conversion, paid media, SEO, automation, ecommerce or a reading closer to the business. The networks provide attention and signals, but the route does not always end in feed.
Consulting & Advisory
When the brand needs to order positioning, corporate communication, narrative, reputation, institutional communication, public affairs or a situation of change. Automating without having solved these criteria would only circulate the same uncertainty more quickly.
Influencers, UGC and content hosts
When the brand needs other voices, social proof, community or a more human presence. Karmina can help define profiles, concepts, production, rights and activation so that collaboration is not an isolated piece.
Events and coverage
When a physical experience has to become digital conversation, real-time content, video, community or a campaign that continues after the event.

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE MATERIAL
Do you already have a brief? Send us.
It can be a finished document, a few notes or an email with context. We will read it before proposing a conversation or a first step.
21. How will we know if it works
We do not measure success only in published pieces or in saved hours.
The system must improve results and also the quality of the operation. Before we get started, we define a baseline and agree which decisions should allow us to make better.
We can measure preparation and review times, incidences detected before publication, consistency with the strategy, percentage of recommendations applied, quality of responses, reaction time, reuse of knowledge, coverage of editorial territories and necessary human effort.
In the channel, we observe the metrics that correspond to the goal: attention, retention, interaction, conversation, traffic, community, leads, conversion or paid efficiency. Not all brands have to pursue the same indicators nor do all platforms define a metric in the same way.
We also measure the health of the system. If the agent produces more but forces you to check everything from scratch, it is not efficient. If it reduces time but increases errors or makes the brand sound generic, it is not an improvement. Speed, quality, risk and human effort should be read together.
22. For whom it is
For brands that want to gain continuity without losing identity.
Karmina Always-On Social AI fits with companies, institutions and organizations that manage various channels, have a recurring frequency, need to coordinate content and data or want to incorporate AI without turning it into a black box.
It is especially useful when the team spends too much time collecting, adapting and reviewing; when knowledge is shared between people and documents; when reports come late to decisions; when organic, paid, creativity and video work separately; or when the brand wants to increase capacity without increasing the volume of generic content.
You can also fit in with a mature internal team that doesn’t want to outsource everything. In this case, we define a co-managed operation where Karmina provides agents, methodology, listening, review or specialized production and the team retains the points it knows best.
It is not a good option for those who only seek to publish the maximum number of pieces at minimum cost, automate sensitive answers without supervision or activate a technology before defining what the brand must represent.
23. Frequently Asked Questions
Can you fully automate our networks?
We can achieve a high degree of automation in specific tasks and channels, especially when the content is textual, the sources are stable and the risk is low. We do not recommend applying the same level of autonomy to all actions. Publishing, community, budgeting, crises, or sensitive content may need direct approval or intervention.
Can we build the agents and disappear?
Yes, there is a Build & Onboard mode where we build, test, document and transfer the system to the team. It is a valid option when there is internal capacity to maintain sources, monitor results and adapt to changes. In social media we tend to recommend some level of continuity because platforms, knowledge and criteria are constantly evolving.
Why is there an initial cost and a monthly fee?
The initial cost builds the base: diagnosis, Knowledge Foundation, agents, permissions, integrations, testing and onboarding. The monthly fee covers the actual operation: strategy, content, listening, review, reporting, improvement, maintenance and human intervention according to the agreed scope.
Does the fee include video production and photography?
It can include a recurring production bag or be budgeted according to the session schedule. We define it from the beginning so that the client knows which part corresponds to the monthly operation and which part to special productions.
Can you work only X, Bluesky or Threads?
Yeah. They are suitable channels to start with a lighter and more automated model when the brand has its own knowledge, updated sources and a clear voice. We can also connect them with blog content, corporate news or other channels.
What do you automate on Instagram?
We can support research, briefs, carousel structures, copy, adaptations, subtitles, calendar reviews, reporting and some editing. We recommend maintaining a relevant human layer in creative direction, real production, final selection, community and brand decisions.
Do the agents publish directly?
Only if the agreed policy allows it and the evidence shows that the risk is bearable. You can define channels or types of content with automatic publication, others with prior approval and others that must always be blocked until a human decision.
How do you keep the brand from sounding generic?
We build a base with our own voice, vocabulary, examples, restrictions, territories and sources. The Brand Guard reviews coherence and human corrections feed new validated versions of knowledge. In addition, we incorporate real content, creators, design and production when the channel needs it.
Can social listening detect a crisis?
It can help detect volume changes, questions, patterns, and signals that deserve attention. We do not promise an infallible reading or leave the management of a crisis in the hands of a classifier. Sensitive cases are scaled to defined people and protocols.
Does fee include advertising investment?
Not necessarily. The management service and paid operation can be included in the scope, but media investment, third-party licenses and variable consumptions must be shown separately.
How long does the implementation take?
It depends on the number of channels, the state of knowledge, integrations, permissions, risk, and the volume of evidence. A rigorous proposal does not set a timetable until we understand these dependencies. We always try to start with a pilot short enough to learn before climbing.
Can we start with just the Review Agent or the Social Listener?
Yeah. The entire ecosystem does not need to be activated. We can start with the monthly review, the radar, the reporting or a specific channel and connect new agents when the first process already adds value.
What about data and permissions?
Each agent accesses only the sources necessary for their mission. We define responsible, purposes, versions, conservation time and scaling points. When an action affects personal data, reputation, rights or external commitments, we apply provided controls and human review.
24. Closing
Always-on with AI. Human by design.
Social media can happen faster. The question is whether they can also listen better, decide with more criteria, learn from each month and build a more real relationship with people.
Karmina Always-On Social AI unites what artificial intelligence does well —search, sort, adapt, check, connect and repeat — with what a human team must continue to do —interpret, imagine, create, care and take responsibility.
We can start with an agent, a channel or a monthly review. If the process demonstrates value, we connect it to the rest of the system. You don’t have to automate everything. It is necessary to know what deserves continuity, what needs criteria and where the combination between agents and people can advance the brand.
Final Microcopy The first conversation serves to understand the channels, equipment, sources, volume and level of proper autonomy. You don’t have to come up with the right solution.

BEFORE YOU CLOSE ABAST
You do not need to arrive with a defined solution.
We can review the challenge, starting point and priorities in a free video call. Putting order before writing the scope usually saves time and budget.
What is
A recurring social media service that combines artificial intelligence, several specialized agents and the Karmina human team.
What it brings
Continuity between strategy, listening, calendar, content, community, data, review and performance.
What it automates
Research, adaptations, textual proposals, carousel structures, checks, part of post-production, monitoring, data collection and alerts, according to the agreed level of autonomy.
What remains human
Strategic and creative direction, real production, cultural interpretation, final selection, sensitive relationship with the community, reputation, exceptions and responsibility decisions.
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE MATERIAL
Do you already have a brief? Send us.
It can be a finished document, a few notes or an email with context. We will read it before proposing a conversation or a first step.
How it is contracted
With an initial cost of implementation and a monthly fee to measure. You can also work in self-management or co-management mode when the process and the team allow it.
Why it is Recurring
Because they change platforms, conversation, data, goals and brand knowledge. Continuity makes every month a system improvement, not a repetition.
