SERVICES · BUSINESS, BUDGET AND ROADMAP

AI belongs in the budget when it can move the business forward, not because it is fashionable.

We connect goals, budgets, workflows, people and metrics to decide where to invest, what to change, what return to demand and what initiatives need to stop.

IN A SCREEN

Business Plan with AI is the consultancy that turns the ambition of using artificial intelligence into business decisions that management can defend, finance and review.

WHAT THE SERVICE IS

Isolated evidence of a company decision.

Many organizations already pay licenses, push pilots and ask teams to “try the AI.” But they don’t know what part of the budget they should spend, what processes they deserve to change or how they should read the return.

This service doesn’t start with technology. It starts with the business plan: costs, margin, capacity, income, risks and priorities. Then it goes down to the actual flows of each department and builds a portfolio of initiatives with managers, budget and continuity criteria.

START POINT

When the AI already consumes attention, but does not yet have an investment logic

If you recognize yourself in more than one of these signals, the first step is not to add more technology. It is to build a shared reading of the problem.

Budget without thesis

There is spending on tools and tests, but not a shared explanation of what economic outcome each initiative should produce.

Hours that are not spare

Time won is talked about, but no one has decided whether it will become less spending, more capacity, better service or growth.

Workflows not changing

The AI is added on old processes, with the same approvals, duplicates, waits and correction rounds.

%

Generic Percentages

A universal investment figure is sought when each department has different costs, opportunities, risks and adoption rates.

?

Management without common criteria

CEO, CFO and area managers value projects with different assumptions and without a comparable basis.

Ownerless Roadmap

The presentation exists, but there is no allocated budget, business leaders, thresholds or a meeting that makes decisions.

COMPANY BRAIN · ADAPTED TO THE SERVICE

An AI plan is a decision architecture, not a tool catalog.

We connect the vision of direction with the economy of the workflows. Each initiative must demonstrate what problem it solves, what value it can create, what it needs from the team and under what conditions it deserves funding.

01 · DIRECTION

Goals and Priorities

Growth, margin, service, speed, quality, risk or capacity: what the plan really needs to move.

02 · LINE BASE

Current cost of work

Time, people, suppliers, licenses, errors, waits, reprocessing and lost opportunities.

03 · WORKFLOWS

Where the economy can change

Complete flows, not single tasks: entries, decisions, approvals, exceptions, outcomes, and learning.

04 ·

Business comparable houses

Total cost, return, payback, dependencies, adoption, risk and conservative, base and ambitious scenarios.

05 · GOVERN

Deciding and re-estimating

Managers, budget, KPI and criteria to validate, scale, correct, defer or stop.

Technology contrasts. Knowledge is oriented. People decide.

BEFORE YOU CLOSE ABAST

You do not need to arrive with a defined solution.

We can review the challenge, starting point and priorities in a free video call. Putting order before writing the scope usually saves time and budget.

THE PLA ECONOMY

We build a rationale for investment, rather than simply allocating percentages.

The budget comes from the economics of business processes and ambition. An area receives resources when it can explain what value it will pursue, what it will have to change, and how it will be checked.

01

Common budget

Governance, shared metrics, executive coordination and criteria that prevent each team from working on its own.

02

Departmental budget

Initiatives linked to workflows, responsible and KPI specific marketing, sales, finance, people or operations.

03

Experimentation limited

Tests with limited time, money and scope, a clear question and written criteria to continue, correct or stop.

A plan made with the areas

The business plan is built with the people who know the real business.

Alex coordinates a business perspective that incorporates management, area managers and the disciplines necessary to translate an opportunity into budget, workflow, managers and metrics. We do not work the plan from an isolated office.

  • Management and Finance
  • Processes and people
  • Marketing and operations
  • Data and measurement

ABAST MODULAR

What we build inside a Business Plan with AI

The result is not a promise of transformation. It is a system for the company to compare opportunities, allocate resources and follow value more rigorously.

CURRENT ECONOMY

Photo cost and capacity

We build a baseline clear enough to know what the work costs today and where there is waste, friction or untapped capacity.

  • Internal and external cost
  • Time, Mistakes and Waits
  • Recurrent spending and dependencies
WORKFLOWS

Map of real work

We look at the flows from start to finish and distinguish what should gain speed, what needs better criteria and what should not be played.

  • Tickets, decisions and exits
  • Approvals and Human Gates
  • Roles that change or strengthen
BUSINESS CASE

Value with visible hypotheses

We quantify each initiative without confusing free hours with cash savings and without hiding the cost of supervision or adoption.

  • Scenarios and Sensitivity
  • ROI, payback and the cost of not acting
  • Total Cost and Stop Rate
BUDGET

Investment portfolio by area

We separate common budget, departmental budget and limited experimentation to finance what can demonstrate value.

  • Prioritization for impact
  • Financing and reinvestment
  • 90 days, 6 months and 18 month
DIRECTORATE

Economic Governance of the Plan

We align management, finances and area managers so that each decision has owner, metric and review date.

  • Committee and decision-making rights
  • Work sessions for managers
  • Value control panel

HOW WE WORK

From business plan to budget and budget to workflow

We work from top to bottom and bottom to top: goals orient the search, but it is the actual costs and processes that sustain every decision.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before we start.

01Tell us how much of your budget should go to AI?

We will not use a generic number. We will calculate which investment can defend each opportunity according to the current cost of the workflow, the potential value, the risk, the capacity of adoption and the term of return that the company demands.

02Is it a technology consultancy?

No. Technology is a later decision. The service focuses on business, budget, processes, people, metrics, governance and roadmap. If you then need to select or implement a solution, it is treated as a separate phase.

03How do you measure time savings?

We separate savings from cash, avoided external expenditure, avoided future contracts, liberated capacity, increased production and income growth. An hour released only creates value when the organization decides what it will do with it.

04Is the training of managers part of the service?

We include decision-making sessions with management, finance and area managers to validate hypotheses, read business houses and take responsibility. This is not a general training plan.

05Can you start with one department?

Yeah. Often the best way to get started is to select an area with identifiable costs, observable workflows, and a responsible person able to validate the results before expanding the plan.

Let's talk about Business Plan with AI

What budget or business decision do you need to make on the AI?

Tell us what departments you are already experiencing, what expense or friction you are concerned about, and what decision you need to make. The first conversation serves to delimit the plan, not to sell technology.
