We are looking for an expert in n8n and process automation capable of connecting AI, APIs models, databases and business tools. We don’t just want someone to chain nodes: we look for criteria to design observable, safe, documented and easy-to-maintain flows.

What are we looking for?
- Solid experience building workflows into n8n for real environments.
- Domain of APIs REST, webhooks, JSON, OAuth, keys, scopes and secure credential management.
- Ability to work with JavaScript or TypeScript when a standard node is not enough.
- Experience with retry, idempotent, rate limits, queues, subworkflows, concurrency and error handling.
- Criteria for introducing human approvals before sensitive actions.
- Ability to explain an architecture to technical and non-technical profiles.
What are you gonna do?
- Map processes and detect which parts are worth automating.
- Design workflows with clear inputs, outputs, states, exceptions and managers.
- Integrate agents with CRM, mail, storage, databases, forms and internal tools.
- Prepare logs, alerts, dashboards execution and recovery procedures.
- Separate development, testing and production, and document versions and dependencies.
- Review security, credentials, permissions and exposure of webhooks.
- Form the team that will operate and maintain the flow.
It will impress us especially.
- A case with automations that manage errors and not only the ideal way.
- Experience with self-hosted deployments, workers, queues, observability or security audits of n8n.
- Have designed workflows with agents of AI and tools subject to approval.
