We are looking for a person capable of designing and facilitating learning experiences about AI for companies, management and specialized teams. The training must start from real processes, combine practice and criteria and leave installed capacity after the session.

What are we looking for?
- Experience designing programs in company, workshops and participative online sessions.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI, agents, automation, risks and verification.
- Ability to adapt the same concept to management, technical profiles and users.
- Experience creating exercises, materials, evaluations and application guides.
- Excellent communication in Spanish; we will also value Catalan and English.
- Ability to facilitate difficult questions without converting the session into a demonstration of tools.
What are you gonna do?
- Diagnose the level, needs, tools and processes of the team.
- To design itineraries by role, sector, maturity and responsibility.
- Facilitate live sessions, laboratories and project accompaniments.
- Create cases, simulations, materials, exercises and evaluations.
- Teach verification, privacy, supervision and continuity if a tool fails.
- Collect learning evidence and detect barriers to adoption.
- Transfer materials and criteria to internal managers.
It will impress us especially.
- A short video providing a session or explaining a complex concept clearly.
- Experience in management training, multidisciplinary teams or regulated sectors.
- To have converted a training into an observable change of process.
