What are we looking for?
- Experience facilitating discovery processes with management, area managers and technical teams.
- Ability to map processes, frictions, information, decisions and dependencies.
- Sufficient knowledge of agents, automation, data and integrations to assess their viability without selling smoke.
- Prioritizing experience according to value, risk, effort, maintenance and preparation of the organization.
- Ability to build business cases and metrics without inventing savings before measuring them.
- Executive communication, systemic thinking and comfort working with ambiguity.
What are you gonna do?
- Make diagnoses of maturity, uses, risks and opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops to identify and describe priority processes.
- Build a portfolio of use cases with comparable criteria.
- Define pilots, scope, responsible, sources, Human Gates and metrics.
- Prepare roadmaps for training, knowledge, automation and governance.
- Accompany decisions of tool, supplier or architecture with the technical team.
- Measure results and recommend scaling, redesigning or stopping.

- A case where you have ruled out an attractive initiative because of lack of value or preparation.
- Experience in operational transformation, change management, portfolio management or service design.
- Ability to turn a strategy into a small, serious and measurable first experiment.
