We are looking for a person capable of transforming scattered documentation into a governed Knowledge Foundation. The job combines information architecture, retrieval, metadata, permissions, evaluation and conversation with people who know the business.

What are we looking for?
- Experience with intake pipelines, cleaning, classification and documentary synchronization.
- Knowledge of embeddings, vector search, hybrid search, reranking, chunking and filters by metadata.
- Criteria for preserving citations, provenance, validity, versions and access permits.
- Experience with RAG and feedback assessment, not just response generation.
- Ability to identify duplicates, contradictions and absence of an authorized source.
- Sensitivity towards confidential data, minimization and access control.
What are you gonna do?
- Invent sources and interview the people responsible.
- Define which document has authority for each type of response.
- Design taxonomies, metadata, policies of validity and exclusion rules.
- Build and test recovery pipelines with real cases.
- Measure coverage, accuracy, citation and quality of the response recovered.
- Implement filters that respect permissions and purposes.
- Prepare processes for updating and removing obsolete content.
It will impress us especially.
- A case in which you have improved the quality by correcting the documentary base instead of extending the prompt.
- Experience with large repositories, SharePoint, Drive, Notion, wikis, databases or enterprise document systems.
- Knowledge of information architecture, management memories or business search.
