We are looking for a person with experience in governance of AI capable of translating risks, regulations and principles into inventories, responsibilities, controls, evidence and operating procedures. We are not looking for a decorative layer of compliance at the end of the project.

What are we looking for?
- Experience in governance, risk management, privacy or technological compliance frameworks.
- Applied knowledge of the AI Act of EU and its relationship to literacy, transparency and human supervision.
- Ability to classify uses, impacts, data, affected people and levels of control.
- Experience working with legal teams, DPO, security, IT, business and process managers.
- Ability to design policies that can be turned into decisions and evidence.
- Clear communication, criteria and comfort in situations without a binary response.
What are you gonna do?
- Invent systems, suppliers, purposes, data and managers.
- Facilitate risk and impact assessments with legal and technical specialists.
- Define permitted, conditioned and unauthorized uses.
- Design Human Gates, logs, traceability and scaling processes.
- Prepare protocols of incidents, review, withdrawal and change of supplier.
- Converting obligations and policies into training for roles.
- Accompany pilots and review evidence before climbing.
It will impress us especially.
- Experience creating a system of governance that the organization really uses.
- Knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, DPIA or algorithmic impact assessment.
- Have slowed, redesigned or limited an automation for a well-argued reason.
