01

A flow assisted by AI to order recipes, questions and expertise before converting them into useful, traceable and optimized content

Borges has a universe of products, ingredients, recipes, moments of consumption and Mediterranean knowledge with many editorial possibilities. The challenge was to prevent this heritage from being divided between campaigns and to create a system capable of connecting it with people’s real needs.

Karmina AI Studio implemented a Blog Publisher which started from approved sources, prepared structures and maintained the links with the origin. The SEO Monitor It detected opportunities and regressions; the editorial team provided culinary criteria, verification and a voice of its own.

El challenge

Posting a recipe is easy. Building editorial authority requires system

A calendar can produce many pieces and, at the same time, repeat intentions, compete with existing content or answer questions that are not priorities. In addition, an inaccurate instruction, an omitted allergen, or an exaggerated nutritional claim can turn an apparently simple piece into a risk.

The challenge was to accelerate preparation without improvising knowledge, and connect blog, search, networks and campaigns with a common architecture.

04

The starting point

Recipes, product sheets, guides, campaigns and usual questions were inventoried. Each source needed owner, date and usage limitations. From here a map of intentions was built: inspire, explain a technique, solve a doubt, compare uses or give context to an ingredient.

The system also had to detect cannibalizations and obsolete contents before proposing a new piece.

05

The Karmina AI Studio approach

The editorial circuit combined:

  • Market and keyword research Based on real questions.
  • Blog Publisher to prepare briefing, outline, first draft and metadata.
  • Brand Guard to review voice, claims, allergens and terminology.
  • SEO Monitor to check indexing, linking and performance after publishing.

The AI did not appear as an author. It organized sources and accelerated the first version; the team assumed ultimate authorship and responsibility.

06

How it worked

  1. Selecting a priority question and editorial intent.
  2. Recovery of approved internal and external sources.
  3. Preparing a briefing with gaps and evidence.
  4. Draft with internal appointments, linked and visual proposals.
  5. Gastronomic, legal, SEO and brand review.
  6. Human publication and subsequent monitoring.
07

Governance and Limits

  • No nutritional claim was incorporated without source and validation.
  • Allergens and safety instructions were reviewed manually.
  • The agent did not invent recipes presented as proven.
  • The images had to correspond to the actual result or be identified as illustrative.
  • The system prioritized updating rather than duplicating content.
08

Results

The project gave continuity to brand knowledge and reduced the time between detecting a question and a reviewable draft. It also made it easier to reuse the same research in blog, networks, newsletter and product sheets without losing traceability.

Main results: more thematic consistency, less duplication, better linking between contents, faster drafts and more visibility of sources.
