LEARNING · 3rd SECTOR · 6A EDITION
AI is already inside organisations. Now it needs judgement.
A practical course to understand, test and apply artificial intelligence to the real processes of entities, associations and NGO, without losing sight of people, privacy or mission.

From Curiosity to Capacity
A course to start making better decisions, rather than collect more tools.
The speed of the AI generates a paradox: the more options appear, the easier it is to waste time, share information that does not touch or confuse a convincing answer with a correct answer.
This training puts order. It starts from the reality of the third sector —small or hybrid teams, tight budgets, sensitive data, voluntary, calls and need to demonstrate impact— to turn technology into applicable criteria.
Technology can accelerate. The mission continues to decide.
A COURSE WITH FOODS IN THE SECTOR
More than 1.000 professionals have taught us where the AI brings value —i where not yet.
The program is born from continued contact with more than 150 entities. It does not start from an ideal example, but from questions, resistances, possibilities and limits that we have already found in real teams of the third sector.
A representative selection of our professional, training and community journey. All brands belong to their organizations.
THIS COURSE IS FOR YOU IF...
Do any of these situations look familiar in your organisation?
Too much testing, too little judgment.
You have already opened ChatGPT, Gemini or other tools, but there is no shared way to use them yet.
Work that repeats
Memoirs, announcements, contents, acts or follow-ups consume hours you need for the mission.
Scattered knowledge
The information lives between folders, emails, people and versions that it costs to find or validate.
Risk and uncertainty
You are concerned about sensitive data, biases, rights, transparency and what can be shared with each tool.
Teams at different rates
Management, communication, people, administration and projects do not start at the same level or ask the same questions.
Pressure to get started
You want to move from curiosity to an applicable first use without buying a technology you don’t yet know if you need.
ABANS
Individual experiments. Uneven results. Recurring questions.
AFTER
A shared language for choosing, asking, reviewing and deciding.
- Understand what the AI can bring to each function.
- Recognize risks before sharing data or publishing.
- Define an assumable and reviewable first use case.
BEFORE THE AGENDA
You don’t have to have the training closed.
In a free video call we can sort levels, roles, use cases and objectives so that the training responds to the real work of the team.
WHAT WE WILL WORK
Five steps to turn novelty into practice.
The program connects understanding, exercise and criterion. Tools are important, but they always appear within a task, a context and a responsibility.
Understand
See what’s behind the screen.
Models, tools, automation and agents are not the same. We order the map to know what each option can solve, what it can not do and what questions should be asked before choosing it.
- Real possibilities and limits
- Criteria to compare tools
- Expectations Provided
Ask
Move from the improvised prompt to the useful context.
We practice how to define objective, audience, sources, tone, format, restrictions and quality criteria. The difference is not writing a magic phrase: it is knowing how to give context and review the result.
- Context and Instructions
- Verification and contrast
- Reuse of criteria
Apply
Bring the AI to the job that already exists.
We work on specific functions of the third sector: communication, recruitment, calls, memories, impact, coordination, administration and internal knowledge.
- Use cases by function
- Tasks that need to be prioritized
- Tasks that should not be delegated
Govern
Protect people before speeding up the process.
We introduce privacy, ownership, biases, risks, transparency and human oversight so that the use of the AI is understandable, reviewable and consistent with the values of the entity.
- Data and permissions
- Alert Signals
- Human Gates and responsibilities
Enable
Choose a first step that you can try.
We close the route connecting opportunities, responsible people, metrics and limits. The goal is not to come up with a list of tools, but with a better way to decide what to try next.
- Inventory of opportunities
- Assumable priority
- First Plan of Action
NOT ALL INITIES HAVE TO GET TO THE MATEIX SITE
Taker, Shaper or Maker: understand your starting point before moving forward.
These are not mandatory levels or a maturity scale. There are three ways to position each process in front of the AI.
Use existing tools to gain individual agility.
«What can I do today?»
Adapt uses, criteria and flows to a team or process.
«What should the entity do?»
Build your own capacity, integrations and advanced governance.
«How much is the jump worth?»
AI Responsible · Human DecisionHUMAN GATES
Oversight starts before the final result.
It is to know when a person has to enter, what must be able to check and how he can correct, ignore, stop or reverse what the technology proposes.
Publish or send
A person checks before the result comes out of the entity.
Share Data
It checks what can enter each system and with what permission.
Modify or delete
Actions with consequences must be reversible or authorized.
Affecting Money
Budgets, aid, purchases or collections maintain human control.
Sensitive decisions
The attention, selection or classification of people is not delegated.
Learn from the result
Corrections are documented; they do not disappear into a chat.
WHAT YOU DO
Less anxiety. Better questions. A practical first step.
An understandable map
To differentiate models, tools, automations and agents without depending on the noise of each novelty.
Use cases
To see where the AI can provide value within the actual functions of the entity.
Review criteria
To contrast results, identify warning signs and know when to escalate a doubt.
Questions of risk
To review data, rights, biases, transparency, permissions and impact before taking action.
A first plan of action
To prioritize a specific test, with responsible, limits and a way to know if it works.

Who's he headed for?
To professionals from entities, associations, foundations, NGO and third sector organizations who want to understand and apply the AI in specific functions. It is especially useful if you have already done some testing with tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini and want to move forward with more criteria.
Do you have to have technical knowledge?
No need to program. The course starts from a basic knowledge or having tried some tool, and focuses on the application, questions, review and organizational decisions.
Is this a course for communication only?
No. Communication is one of the areas, but the route can also help people of direction, projects, capture, administration, people, operations or impact to identify their own uses and limits.
In what language and format?
The 6th edition is announced in Catalan and online format, from 19 to 29 in October of 2026. The official Social Campus card contains the updated calendar and conditions.
Can training be beneficial?
If the entity meets the requirements, the annual training credit may cover part or all of the cost. It is necessary to check each case before starting; Utopiq can guide the consultation and administrative management.
What if we need to build a whole team?
For groups and organizations there is also private training, online or face-to-face, with content, level, calendar and adapted cases. You can explain the need in the form on this page.
Who organizes the course?
The course is co-organized by Utopiq and Social Campus. Social Campus is the platform driven by Social.cat and Utopiq to connect training, knowledge and community within the third sector.
