01

Edition and adaptation assisted by AI to multiply formats while maintaining campaign proportion, functionality, rights and coherence

When a personal care campaign moves from the master piece to social, display, retail, e-commerce and landing page, each adaptation can alter the hierarchy or detail that makes the product understandable. The challenge for Braun was to accelerate this production without generating visual versions that promised non-existent functions or disfigured the original design.

Karmina AI Studio implemented a Image Editor limited to approved operations: trimming, expanding funds, cleaning, adapting compositions and preparing variants. A Brand Guard checked product elements, claims and rules; the design team made the final decision.

El challenge

An efficient variant ceases to be so when it forces to correct the product

Generative tools can fill spaces or create alternatives quickly, but they can also modify buttons, accessories, proportions or textures. In personal care products, these errors are not decorative: they can induce incorrect interpretation.

The challenge was to delimit what could be automated and what had to be blocked from the first moment.

04

The starting point

The system was based on approved masters, official product packs, a table of claims and templates per channel. Before creating any variants, protected areas, non-modifiable elements, formats, margins and accessibility requirements were defined.

It also differentiated between editing a real image and generating an illustrative environment, because the transparency and validation circuits are not the same.

05

The Karmina AI Studio approach

The solution combined three pieces:

  • Image Editor: First adjustments and controlled cleaning.
  • Brand Guard: product checking, logo, claims and legibility.
  • Landing Builder: integration of the variants into a functional and responsive page.

Each transformation was recorded so that the team could know which master, which instruction and which tool the version had produced.

06

How it worked

  1. Reception of the master's degree and official assets.
  2. Definition of protected areas and allowed operations.
  3. Generation of variants by format.
  4. Automatic comparison with the original product and claim.
  5. Review of design, accessibility and legal.
  6. Export and test in the final contexts.
07

Governance and Limits

  • The product, accessories and features were not generated or modified.
  • No people, witnesses, or results of fictitious use were created.
  • The rights of the original assets had to be retained.
  • A generative expansion of funds was identified internally.
  • No variants were considered final without human review in the target format.
08

Results

The system reduced the time of repetitive adaptations and detected product alterations, margins or claims earlier. The designers were able to concentrate on composition and difficult cases, while the AI prepared the most predictable versions.

Main results: more speed of first adaptation, less product errors, greater consistency between channels and better version tracing.
