An audiovisual stream assisted by AI to select, subtitle and adapt material without losing the intensity or identity of the brand.
A circuit session, a route or a product presentation can generate hours of video, multiple cameras and a lot of potential moments. The challenge for Kawasaki was to turn this material into useful pieces for different channels before the present day lost strength.
Karmina AI Studio implemented a Video Editor which prepared transcripts, selects, first mounts and adaptations. The audiovisual team continued to build the story, checking the specifications and deciding what moments the brand really represented.

The speed of publication can not disfigure the speed that you want to explain
Motor material combines sound, motion, product, safety, technical data and emotion. Fast cutting is not enough: a selection without context can exaggerate a performance, show an inadequate practice or repeat plans that make you lose intensity.
The challenge was to reduce the load of viewing and adaptation by maintaining a controlled narrative, faithful to the product and consistent with each channel.

The starting point
Traditional flow could force the team to manually review many hours before finding useful sequences. Then came transcripts, subtitles, vertical versions, different durations, and text settings.
It was proposed to separate the process into two layers: automated preparation and creative editing. The first reduced mechanical work; the second assumed all decisions of meaning.

The Karmina AI Studio approach
The Video Editor could:
- synchronise and order the material;
- transcribe statements and identify issues;
- prepare selects according to briefing;
- mark plans with product, action, environment or testimonial;
- generate subtitles and first reframes;
- to propose versions for duration and channel.
The system always retained the link to the original file for any cut to be reviewable.

Governance and Limits
- The agent did not invent motor sound, performances or statements.
- The specifications came from current official tokens.
- They did not publish conduct that could be interpreted as unsafe use.
- Faces, enrollments, locations and music were reviewed according to rights.
- No final cut was published without editorial and technical approval.

Results
The AI accelerated the move from raw material to a debatable first version. The team was able to spend less time locating fragments and more time building rhythm, tension and identity. A single shoot powered reels, short clips, product pieces, making-of and internal materials without starting every version of zero.
Main results: Better shooting, less mechanical viewing time, faster subtitling and greater consistency between versions.
