Project Pulse

This landing page explains what automates Project Pulse, what sources and tools you need, how the result is reviewed and how it can be applied within a company.

01

The agent, at a glance

What Accelerates

State consolidation, meeting preparation, action tracking, blocking detection, risk updating and reporting.

What does it deliver

Explained traffic light, milestones, tasks, decisions, risks, dependencies, changes, responsible, pending questions and upcoming actions.

For whom it is

Project teams, PMOs, accounts, consulting, production, technology or management with various sources and managers.

What it doesn't do

It does not reassign people, does not negotiate deadlines, does not close tasks because they seem finished, does not evaluate individual performance and does not hide uncertainty behind an advance percentage.

02

The problem it solves

A project can have all the tasks registered and continue without a shared reading.

Task managers show activities; meetings contain decisions; messages explain exceptions; the budget lives elsewhere. When it comes to “how are we?”, a person has to recompose the whole.

Project Pulse reduces:

  • Manually Prepared States.
  • Invisible dependencies.
  • Decisions without a link to a task.
  • Risks that only live in memory.
  • Percentages of progress without criteria.
  • Confusion between delay, block and range change.
  • Different reports for team, management and client.
03

What exactly is Project Pulse?

It is an operational synthesis agent that consults authorized systems, applies the project model and generates a date photograph. It can work by project, program, portfolio or team, always with appropriate permissions and granularity.

It does not replace the management tool. It complements it with connections, questions and a reading that indicates the source of each state.

04

What do you do, specifically?

01. Consolidated sources

Collect tasks, milestones, notes, decisions, risks and capacity data that are part of the scope.

02. Check the state

Detects tasks that are defeated, unaccountable, blocked or contradictory with notes.

03. Map dependencies

It relates deliverables, equipment, approvals, suppliers and decisions that condition the calendar.

04. Maintain risks and incidents

Risk difference, active problem, scope change and open question, with responsible and next review.

05. Prepare for Executive Reading

It summarizes what has advanced, what has changed, what is blocked and what decision is needed.

06. Facilitate the meeting

It proposes agenda, decision points and follow-up to previous agreements.

07. Update after validation

It incorporates confirmed decisions and tasks without turning each comment into a plan change.

DUBTE BACK

You don’t have to know which agent you need.

Let’s start with a repeated task, the sources available and the result you want to review. In a free video call we can assess if you need an agent, a service or simply better order the process.

05

How it works from start to finish

  1. It is activated according to frequency or before a meeting.
  2. Check for source updates and permissions.
  3. Consolidate the state with date.
  4. It detects contradictions, risks and dependencies.
  5. Prepare a summary and questions.
  6. The responsible person validates the reading.
  7. The meeting decides on actions and changes.
  8. The agent updates the record and plans the next review.
06

Example of situation

A finished task can continue to block the project

A technical task is recorded as completed, but Meeting Notes records that legal approval is still lacking before deployment. Project Pulse does not make the mark by closing: it separates technical execution and approval, adds dependency and updates schedule risk.

The person responsible confirms the new date and Client Update prepares an external explanation without exposing the full internal debate.

07

What do we need before we launch it?

Essential

  • Projects and sources included.
  • Model of phases, milestones and states.
  • Responsible and access rights.
  • Definitions of Risk, Blocking and Change.
  • Cadence of review.
  • Escalation criteria.
  • Recipients and levels of detail.

Highly recommended

  • History of Decisions.
  • Dependencies and approvals.
  • Capacity or charge when relevant.
  • Current state templates.
  • Rules for confidential data.
08

How we implant it

  1. Choose a representative project.
  2. We map sources, states and responsibilities.
  3. We define the reading that each audience needs.
  4. We drive in parallel with the current tracking.
  5. We check for omissions and false traffic lights.
  6. We are the responsible person and the team.
  7. We extend the portfolio when the model works.
09

Human supervision and boundaries

The agent can

  • Consolidating and comparing states.
  • Detect inconsistencies.
  • Prepare risks and dependencies.
  • Generate summaries and orders of the day.
  • Update authorized records.

Agent can't

  • Reassigning resources or responsibilities.
  • Modify scope or schedule without decision.
  • Evaluate people.
  • Close a risk because the date has passed.
  • Sharing internal information with an unauthorized audience.

Stop and scale when

Sources contradict each other, a responsible person is missing, there is a change in scope, the risk is critical, the data can affect people or the external summary requires a reputational decision.

10

Sources and possible connections

Project managers, calendars, documents, sheets, meetings and systems from reporting. You can make decisions of Meeting Notes, feed Client Update and Dashboard Builder and consult Knowledge Guide.

11

How do we measure if it adds value?

  • State preparation time.
  • Risks and dependencies detected before affecting a milestone.
  • Tasks with responsibility and date confirmed.
  • Reduction of contradictions between tools.
  • Decisions with Trace.
  • Perceived utility in meetings.
  • Accuracy of states after validation.
12

For whom does it make sense?

It can fit if

  • The project has several sources or teams.
  • The state is rebuilt manually.
  • Dependencies appear late.
  • There is a person responsible for the project.
  • Different readings are needed for team and client.

It’s not the first step yet.

  • There is no minimum plan or structure.
  • The team does not update any sources.
  • It is used to control individual performance.
  • No one can decide against the risks detected.

Knowledge Foundation and adoption

The base includes projects, phases, roles, states, milestones, risks, decisions, dependencies and audiences. Each project maintains its own information and permissions; the portfolio view does not imply access to all the details.

The onboarding teaches how to validate a traffic light, record decisions, and distinguish a data error from a real project problem.

14

Frequently Asked Questions

Replace the project manager?

No. Connect and connect with other sources. The project tool remains the operating site when so defined.

Can you create or assign tasks?

You can prepare them and, after validation, create them. It does not assign ambiguous commitments.

Can you follow several projects?

Yes, with a shared model and permissions per project. The portfolio is expanded after testing the reading in a real case.

Generate a traffic light?

Yes, but always explained. The color shows an agreed reading and must link with evidence and subsequent actions.

Can you prepare management meetings?

Yes, adapting level of detail, decisions and risks. It does not expose information that does not correspond to the public.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

It depends on the number of projects, sources, states and integrations. The pilot starts from a project with enough data.

15

Closure and conversion

What question about the status of the project still needs an hour to answer?

Share with us the current circuit, the tools and an example report. We will design a reading that connects data, decisions and dependencies without adding another layer of noise.
