Reduce repeated tasks by connecting existing artificial intelligence, data and tools.
For whom
The starting point
Teams with manual, repetitive or person-dependent processes.
Automating a poorly defined process speeds up exceptions, errors, and technical dependence.
We map the flow, separate criteria rules and automate only the verifiable steps.
What we build
Method
Objective, process, people, sources and constraints.
Value, viability, risk and capacity for adoption.
A delimited pilot, evaluated and connected with the real work.
Training, responsible, metrics and continuous improvement.
BEFORE YOU CLOSE ABAST
We can review the challenge, starting point and priorities in a free video call. Putting order before writing the scope usually saves time and budget.
Human Gates
We define what sources the system can use, what decisions it must scale, and what actions require human approval. We measure quality, exceptions and utility before expanding autonomy.
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE MATERIAL
It can be a finished document, a few notes or an email with context. We will read it before proposing a conversation or a first step.
Let’s talk
Tell us the context, even if the challenge is not yet fully defined. One person in the team will respond to understand and value the first step.
hello@karmina.aiFAQS · AGENTS AND AUTOMATION
It is the redesign of a process for AI rules, integrations and models to execute or prepare delimited steps. The AI enters tasks such as reading, classifying, summarizing or drafting; the rules maintain deterministic actions.
Resolve manual handover of information, queues, reprocessing, repetitive searching and administrative tasks that interrupt qualified work. The gain can be time, quality, traceability or responsiveness.
The AI can interpret emails, documents or language, extract fields, classify cases and prepare responses. It does not need to be used to move files or update fields when a rule is enough.
The usual mistakes are to automate chaos, ignore boundary cases, write too early on systems and not prepare retry. Also hide errors because the flow continues to run.
It is tested in shadow, with historical data, adverse cases and volume limits. It expands step by step: suggest, prepare, execute reversible actions and only then consider more autonomy.
