This landing page explains what automates Cloud Index, what sources and tools you need, how the result is reviewed and how it can be applied within a company.
Inventorying repositories, classifying, detecting duplicates, assigning owners, reviewing permissions and preparing a search layer.
Map of repositories, documentary catalog, metadata, possible duplicates, candidate sources, restricted contents, gaps, managers and review plan.
Organisations with information spread across Drive, SharePoint, Dropbox, servers, intranets, emails or project tools.
It does not move or delete files without approval, does not open permissions to facilitate search, does not decide which version is official only by date, and does not incorporate sensitive content into a general basis.
Repositories grow by accumulation. Each team creates folders, final copies, final versions and working files. When an answer is needed, the cost is not just to search: it is to check if what is found is valid and if it can be used.
The usual frictions are:
The Cloud Index creates visibility before creating automation.
It is an agent that runs only authorized repositories and metadata, creates an inventory and applies rules to point out possible duplicates, absences, problems of nomenclature, ownership, permissions or validity.
You can work with metadata first. The reading of the full content is limited to the necessary areas and purposes. The result is a basis for making governance decisions, not an irreversible automatic reorganization.
Identifies spaces, owners, volume, file types, accesses and dependencies.
Records name, location, date, author, version, type, state, and other agreed metadata.
Compare names, content or footprints and present groups for a person to decide.
Marks important documents without responsibility, review, validity or classification.
Identify unusual permissions, external sharing, or policy discrepancies, without automatically revoking them.
It helps select which documents can feed a Knowledge Guide or a specific agent.
Detects new files, changes and sources that are again left without an owner.
DUBTE BACK
Let’s start with a repeated task, the sources available and the result you want to review. In a free video call we can assess if you need an agent, a service or simply better order the process.
The Cloud Index detects four versions of a policy. The most recent is a working copy inside a personal folder; the official version, older, is published on the intranet and has a responsible assigned.
The agent does not automatically replace the source. It groups the versions, shows locations, permits and dates and asks the person responsible to confirm the validity. Then, the Knowledge Guide collection points only to the validated source.
A REAL TASK IS THE BEST BRIEF
You can send us an example, the approximate volume and how it is reviewed today. No need to share sensitive data to make a first assessment.
Find sensitive content, unexpected permissions, legal or clinical documents, confusing access identities, personal folders, or an action that may affect conservation and evidence.
Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox, servers, intranets and document managers, according to access and feasibility. It can prepare the basis of Knowledge Guide, Blog Publisher, Meeting Notes or Brand Guard.

Cloud Index is a piece of the Knowledge Foundation, but does not replace it. Inventing explains what exists; the Foundation decides what is the source, who is responsible for it, what each agent can consult and how it is updated.
The onboarding converts documentary owners into active participants: they review alerts, confirm versions and maintain classification.
Not by default. It can start with metadata and expand only to approved areas and purposes.
No. It proposes groups of possible duplicates and a person decides to keep, archive, merge or discard.
It can detect and prepare changes. The revocation or extension is done according to the administrative circuit and with approval.
It can feed one, but first it is a layer of inventory and governance. Searching without validity and permissions does not solve the problem.
Yes, if connections and permissions are viable. Each repository maintains its borders.
It depends on the volume, repositories, permissions and quality of metadata. It starts with a small, high-value area.
Tell us where the knowledge lives, what teams need it and what risk generates the confusion of versions. We will prepare a first map without moving or opening anything outside of the agreed scope.
